For those that have a paralysed hand you will need:
A cheap sweat wrist band big enough to fit over your hand
Or a table (and some tape to hold your hook onto)
A hook, a flat hook if you are taping it to something, if like me you can use you affected hand you need a hook with a grip (a normal steel hook is not suitable)
If you are using a dk weight 4mm to 5mm
Aran 4.5 to 6mm
Chunky 6 to 12mm
For these tutorials I will use aran and 4.5mm or 5mm crochet hook.
